EXAM PRACTICE: Listening

Hi again,

Here's a link for you to practise the Listening Comprehension part of the June/September exams.

http://www.saberingles.com.ar/listening/index.html

Start with the easy exercises and move on to the medium ones if you feel you are confident enough to do that.

Hope it is useful.

EXAM PRACTICE: Writing assignment

Hi all!

Here's some practice for the Writing part.

Write an email to a British real estate agent (Mr Burke) to tell him that you have a flat/house that you'd like to rent. Describe it to him in about 120-130 words. Don't forget to say where it is located, if it's convenient for shops, etc.

SOME TIPS:

- Before you do the task, revise the opening and closing phrases and sentences for formal letters/emails in your student's book.

- DO NOT to use your dictionary or class notes. Do it without any kind of external help.

- CONTROL THE TIME! You should also do it in 30 minutes maximum. Remember that your writing test is an hour long and you'll have to write two pieces of writing.

Thanks Maribel EOI Lorca for the idea
